This San Diego-style IPA is hop forward and not overly malty or bitter. Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra run a hop relay during the brew. Flavors of citrus, mango, grapefruit, and pine blend to form a delicious hoppy beverage.
26th blend of the 2017-2018 season. This particular geuze is blended with lambics from 6 different barrels originating from 5 different brews. The oldest portion of lambic was brewed in the first days of 2015 and accounts for almost one third of the blend.

Our first batch of Quorum IPA was such a hit, we decided to give it its own name - Bully Pulpit - intensely hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe hops preaching to the the drinker what San Diego IPA’s should be - very dry and bold hop character with light malt background - huge fresh mango, citrus, resin and pine hoppiness dominating the aroma and flavor.
