This is a beer brewed as a collaboration with our Swedish friends Electric Nurse. They had the malt bill for a killer barley wine, and we threw masses of our favorite hops at it, Pacific Gem and Amarillo. The resulting brew was a fantastic 10.2% barley wine that we just had to call Bearded Nurse.
Irish Walker is brewed with six different malts and a blend of four classic hops. A long fermentation and cold aging makes Irish Walker a well rounded and complex Barley Wine. Irish Walker exhibits malty sweetness, fruity esters and malty balance. This ale will age well for years to come, or just enjoy now with good company. Cheers!
We took a decadent Honey Wheat Wine and placed it into a woodford reserve bourbon barrel 4 months ago. Tipping the abv scales at 12%, Wood Ya Honey is a a beer to be savored. Flavors of caramel, honey, vanilla, wood, and bourbon intermingle creating a crimson colored delight.

White Mocha is our bourbon barrel-aged Wheatwine-Style Ale with fresh coffee beans from Ritual Coffee and TCHO cacao nibs. Rich notes of coffee and chocolate are joined by warm flavors of coconut, honey and vanilla
We mashed up traditional English-style barley wine-style and old ale winter warmer-style ales with citrusy American hops like Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo and, fittingly, Glacier, to create a Floridian Winter Ale.
