Flare (yes, that’s how we are spelling it) is our gose that we have added citrus fruit to. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices. Ale brewed with orange and coriander.
Belgian Wit. We took the common Christmas tastes: Cardamom, Orange Peel and Lemon Zest and added our favourites: Coriander and Lime Zest! Combined with the subtle restrained spice of a Belgian Blonde, the results were so good that we decided to name this seasonal treat what it was – Santastique!
This is a variation on the classic Belgian Witbier style, but aged in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. Brewed with lemon peel, black peppercorns and corriander (sic). Triple fermented - first in the tank with Belgian yeast, second in french oak Chardonnay barrels with brettanomyces, and finally in the bottle with a third yeast for natural carbonation
Gose with Oranges. To Øl got starstruck. This is how we went to Hollywood. Salty, sour, light gose brewed with the best fruits California can offer. Best consumed on warm summer days or on the red carpet.
Pacific Ocean Blue GoseOur Gose recipe has changed many times over the years but the one constant is the use of our local sea water for the salt additions. This tart and slightly salty golden ale is a brewery favorite and truly gives you a taste of our Central Coast region in a glass.

Our first ever collaboration brewed with Jeppe from Evil Twin. Two Evil twist on gose with ingredients sourced from Iceland including Icelandic moss, rye, herbs, sea kelp, skyr and birch smoked sea salt.
India Pale Ale. Honoring the Nordic heritage of slapping yourself (or others) with birch twigs while in the sauna. This is a sessional nordic IPA packed with birch. 25 litres of it in fact, tapped from the birch trees of Iceland and then added to this delicious brew.
