Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor
Phantasmagoria is an IPA that is low in malt flavors, but high in hops. We brew this beer as a nod to the big hoppy beers of the west coast. We use loads of citrusy and piney hops at the end of the boil and in the fermenter to make this beer a hop experience.
Created with boldness in mind Sweet Alma has a powerful bitterness, intriguing aromas and a quenching dryness. Née de la fusion de houblons américains, Sweet Alma envoûte par ses arômes intriguants et sa puissante amertume.

Charming and cute as they are, the capabilities and intelligence of “emotional” robots are still very limited. They don't have feelings and are simply programmed to detect emotions and respond accordingly. But things are set to change very rapidly and they just learned how to give robot hugs. So lets enjoy a hug from this little red robot with...
Harvester of Simcoe has aromas of passion fruit, bright pine, berry, and earth, followed by some bready notes. The taste is a creamy pine flavor supported by tropical notes and a firm but rounded bitterness.
Full Disclosure is a new 8.5% triple dry hopped Imperial IPA loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Topaz and High Oil Cascade hops. Full disclosure: this beer contains an immense amount of hops. You have been warned
Resin is that thick, golden substance that trees produce. Same as resin this Double IPA is thick and sweet, except it’s loaded with amazing hops like Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. Expect an intensively piney, citrussy and fruity IPA with all those luscious and aromatic hop oils.
!!! 17,2% ABV !!! Despite the crudeness it is tricky to make an effective Molotov cocktail. Despite the unruly nature of the rebel it is very tricky to resist accepted conventions. Molotov Heavy is a tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a heavy spark for action and by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.
"Du luktar lite som första gången jag träffade dig" is our latest Double IPA. It's only our 6th beer that has a Swedish name, and translates loosely translates to; You smell a little like the first time I met you
League of Hops Series. Delirious means a wildly excited state of mind. Getting wildly excited, we added a massive amount of dry hops into this Imperial IPA. Seriously dry hopped with amazing hops like Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Like all great IPA’s, this is best enjoyed fresh.
Oaked Imperial Red IPA. It is often said that behind every good man stands a strong woman. Well, in the case of Todd & Linda Haug of Minneapolis brewing fame, this is not quite accurate. Because Linda Haug was never placed behind her husband, rather she’s up there right next to him - and always has been.
Summer Seasonal. A true California Collaboration. Originally brewed with San Francisco's 21st Amendment brewery, this hoppy Imperial Red showcases a Northern and Southern California influence. Brewed with Pinot Noir grape must, citrus zest, and aged on American oak. Expect a juicy malt character, citrus, ripe berries, oak, and a lot of hops!
This beer is a collaboration with our friends at Wiper and True. They wanted to do a Swedish version of their piney amber ale. Together we decided to ramp it up. In every way. Take a walk in the pines!
