This 8 bottles bundle pack comes with some of the best from 3 Fonteinen, including 4x 37cl size, and 4x 75cl size


3 Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston 2018-2019 BLEND 41 37CL
41st blend of the 2018-2019 season. This specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston was blended with lambic from 4 different barrels coming from 5 differnet brews. The oldest lambic was brewed on 24 April 2015 and the average age at bottling was 23 months

3 Fonteinen Druif Dornfelder 2019-2020 BLEND 30 75CL
For this Druif, we used Dornfelder grapes coming from Wijndomein Hoenshof in Hoepertingen, Haspengrouw reigion, Flanders. Dornfelder is a dark-skinned variety, originally from Germany. We co-fermented lambic with freshly-pressed-shortly-skin-macerated Dornfelder grape juice in an oak foeder. We let it sit for four months and blended the grap lambic with some fresh lambic wort for the "prise de mousse" in the bottle. The final fruit intensity is 51.7% of grape juice per liter of Druif Dornfelder. 100% 3 Fonteinen lambic

3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2019 2019-2020 BLEND 3 75CL
New label, non-screen printed bottle. 3rd blend of the 2019-2020 season. For this batch of Framboos, we used rapsberries from Ferme Framboos, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. These raspberries, hand-picked in teh summer of 2019, macerated for more than three months on a single oak barrel. While macerating, we only used lambik originating from one brew and one barrel, and we used another single lambik from one barrel for blending. The final fruit intensity is 378 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos

3 Fonteinen Hommage Oogst 2019 2019-2020 BLEND 71 37CL
For this Hommage iteration, we blended a kriekenlambik (26%) with a frambozenlambik (74%), both macerated on stainless steel. The weighted average maceration time was six months. While macerating and blending, we used lambikken originating from five different barrels and nine different brews. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 376 grams of fruit per litre of Hommage. 100% 3 Fonteinen

3 Fonteinen Hommage 2018-2019 BLEND 42 75CL
42nd blend of the 2018-2019 season, screen printed bottle. This specific Hommage has 4.5 months of maceration. The one and two year old lambic comes from 6 different barrels and 7 different brews. The final fruit intensity is 350 grams of fruit (76% raspberry and 24% kriek) per liter of Hommage. *This bottle has an incorrect round label on the front. It should mention "bio" but the non-bio label was mistakenly attached

3 Fonteinen Intense Red Oude Kriek VAT 2018-2019 BLEND 118 37CL
Blend number 118 of the 2018-2019 season. This specific Intense Red macerated for nearly 6 months in a wooden vat. We used one and two year old lambic coming from 3 different vats and 8 different brews. The final fruit intensity is 498 grams of kriek per liter of Intense Red. 100% 3 Fonteinen

3 Fonteinen Oude Gueuze 2018-2019 BLEND 117 75CL
This specific Oude Geuze was blended with lambikken from five different barrels and from six different brews. The oldest lambikken were brewed at the beginning of the 17|18 season. The weighted average age of the blend at bottling was 19 months and consists of a very large part of two year old lambikken, brewed by both Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, Boon and Lindemans

86th blend of the 2018-2019 season. This particular Oude Kriek has macerated for over 7 months. The lambics in this blend origination from 3 different barrels and 5 different brewes, of which 62% brewed by 3 Fonteinen and 38% by Brouwerij Boon. FInal fruit intensity of 350 grams of sour cherries per liter of Oude Kriek
