Baltic Porter is beer style indigenous to Northern Europe. OO Brewing being based in Gothenburg, they have a special relationship to the Baltic Porter. This is the of Olle Andersson, brewmaster of OO Brewing, a porter fermented cool with lager yeast.
Imperial Baltic Porter. Vanilla Cake Fever is a massive and full-flavored Imperial Baltic Porter with astonishing dark chocolate and exotic vanilla characters. The Grade is in. It’s built on the backbone of a rich, cold-fermented baltic porter made popular in countries bordering the Baltic Sea. Similar to an imperial porter but distinctly different, the baltic porter style is heralded for being full-bodied, roasty and smooth, with overtones of toffee, coffee, caramel, chocolate and dark fruit.
Maximón is a Mayan deity represented in various forms – also as a beer. A complex, moderately spicy, smooth and full-bodied Baltic Porter. There’s a hint of fruity chili combined with sweet and rich chocolate notes.
