Oatmeal, Milk Sugar, Cacao Nibs, Espresso. Yup, it has ALL that! Collaborating with other like minded businesses will be an important part of this brewery. For this beer we team up with locally based Mostra Coffee Roasters. After brewing this oatmeal milk stout with Guana Cacao Nibs from San Francisco’s TCHO Chocolatier we cold steep Mostra’s Fortissimo Espresso with the beer for 24 hours before packaging. At 5.1% ABV this beer is defies the perception that dark beers are only big, bold, and too alcoholic to enjoy.
