Long Boil Barley Wine is a beer that, unlike many of O/O Brewing’s other beers, will not taste best fresh. In contrary, ageing the beer will allow it to develop a new complexity, not present when you drink it fresh. A wine cellar, or similar, offers the optimal storage for the bottles.
Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor
A refreshing drink often associated with childhood nostalgia to others a pop-culture symbol of female emancipation. Whatever the association we teamed up with two Swedes, Henok and Karl of Omnipollo to squeeze out a tasty, tempting and deceivingly well balanced IPA with sweet and sour notes of old-fashioned memories. This time around we added coffee and a...
We have been using coffee in beer for years. What began with Bomb! eventually made an appearance in Okie and Noir. Roast and chocolate and dark flavors dominated these beers. They were what most people would expect from a coffee beer. While loving these beers we also knew we could do a lot more with coffee. We knew there was an array of flavors in coffee...
Dreamt up with our sweet angel creative genius life mates at Tired Hands Brewing back in March 2015. Brewed with wheat, oats and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop vanilla and exceedingly aromatic raspberry. Consumingly hopped with Mosaic and Citra.
Phantasmagoria is an IPA that is low in malt flavors, but high in hops. We brew this beer as a nod to the big hoppy beers of the west coast. We use loads of citrusy and piney hops at the end of the boil and in the fermenter to make this beer a hop experience.
Speak Kindly is a beer to remind us that we are all on this little planet together and a little love goes a long way. Let's not forget to Speak Kindly to one another. This beer is double dry hopped with Citra and Ekuanot.
Midwest Pale Ale. Collaborations are an integral part of our brewing philosophy, so it is no surprise that our friends from All In Brewing, together with an innovative metal festival, helped create this Midwest Pale Ale; transcending style with spirit and gusto leaving only a Scorched Tundra behind
What we’ve done here is created an amplified version of our Mofosaic IPA. This single hop Imperial IPA is brewed with English and American pale malts and flaked oats. Hopped intensely and singularly with Mosaic hops

Dugges Big Bang Beer 11% Dugges Ale & Porterbryggeri / Landvetter, SwedenWe had a grandiose dream. We wanted to make a big beer that had it all. A big look, a big scent and a big taste. A big beer where it all comes together in a metaphorical explosion. And you know what? Boom!

This beer was brewed to be as comforting to sip as it feels to come home to your favorite beach/surf spot, like Grandview Beach in Encinitas. With lots of biscuity, sugar cookie flavors, just a hint of sweetness, and very light, delicate Saaz and Styrian Golding hop aromas, we hope this golden ale is your choice after a long day at the beach.
We mashed up traditional English-style barley wine-style and old ale winter warmer-style ales with citrusy American hops like Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo and, fittingly, Glacier, to create a Floridian Winter Ale.
This is a beer brewed as a collaboration with our Swedish friends Electric Nurse. They had the malt bill for a killer barley wine, and we threw masses of our favorite hops at it, Pacific Gem and Amarillo. The resulting brew was a fantastic 10.2% barley wine that we just had to call Bearded Nurse.
The wort of this beer looks radio active. Pale, wheaty and green tinted from a pos boil hop burst. After a short and efficient fermentation we dry-hop it as many times as it takes and carbonate it softly. We love brewing beer, thinking about beer, dreaming about beer, talking about beer, breathing beer, changing beer, exchanging...
